I recently heard about an a-capella ensemble, called "The King's Singers". When I watched their videos in YouTube for the first time I was speechless. They mix professionality with emotion, their way of singing is so experienced, that I simply can hope to sing in that way one day. "King's Singers" were formed in 1968, when six students in singing from Camebridge gathered together and started singing. Immediately they became superstars in the United Kingdom and soon in the whole world.
I present you two of their videos. The first one is "Down by the river to pray" (a folk gospel song) and the second one is called "Masterpiece" - a "modest song with modest pretensions" that illustrates the history of the western classical music.
The website is freshly updated and therefore, please, you this page to share your comments with me about it. There was a lot of information on the old version and it was difficult to remove all of the bugs... so if anything comes up, please share it with me in the comments section!
